Account Closure

4Deposits & Payments

6Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Errors & Obvious Mistakes

Where a bet is accepted due to a clear pricing error, system fault, or obvious mistake on bat949's part, bat949 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

8Casino & Slots

bat949's casino section includes live dealer tables, slot games, and other game formats provided by third-party software suppliers. All games are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer protocols, as applicable to the game type.

• Game results are determined by the RNG or live dealer outcome and are not influenced by bat949 or any player action outside the game rules.

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

On suspension or closure resulting from a Terms breach, bat949 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a player is found to have breached these Terms, bat949 is not obligated to return funds associated with prohibited conduct. Where a player requests voluntary closure with no outstanding issues, any eligible real-money balance will be returned after standard checks are completed.

11Responsible Gaming
